I've just come back from there. Really good time. Went to Holkam beach most of the time. The estate is quite nice to walk around, loads of trees and wildlife etc. Harry

I know it sounds a bit bonkers; but has anyone tried meditation (relaxation or stress) ? I tried it in the past and it's had me sleeping like a log. Therefore i think it worked. I do suffer from stress at work and life in general at the mo.Dealing with it is another matter.
