  1. I think that it can only be good that its on TV IMO. What would you like to happen? He hit himself with the saw? I think that Andy hit the nail on the head. The Health and Safety was so on the ball it can only be commended. These are the sort of programmes that should be on TV instead of that prat with the motorbike on watchdog making everyone think that they're being ripped off. Hopefully people will watch this sort of thing and realise that we belong to a highly skilled industry and that this isn't the sort of thing that they should be trying themselves. (Not that many folks have 150ft trees in their back garden and a B&Q saw, but you get the idea!!) Tom:001_smile:
  2. That Dog Monkey thing (Dogkey?? Monkog??) scares the life out of me!!!

  10. Cool Pics Old Snake. You still using those little rings with the hitchclimber?
  11. Looks like a very interesting job. Keep us posted!!
  12. I helped put up a big double span one. Found that you can get a kind of metal runner that you screw to the frame of the tunnel, you pull the plastic down over it and just knock plastic tubing into the runner. It holds the cover really well. Looks a bit neater too. I'll stick some pictures up if you like.
  13. Excellant set of Photos Mr H. Be interested to see the state of the rootplate when you get back to it.
  14. I thought I was going to be incredibly clever and say Envelope and then I realised that it's only got 8 letters:blushing: I'll go and sit in the corner now....
  15. Next time I'm battered I'll remember this guy and feel a little bit better!!!

    tattoo thread

Often toyed with the idea of getting one but haven't found anything that I like enough to have it permanantly on me!!
  20. Only just seen the thread. Happy Birthday mate.
  21. I'm not an expert on MEWPs by any means but wouldn't it be easier to lower it down to even half height to transport it/shift position? It wouldn't take that much longer would it? Is that correct protocol for these? Surely moving anything at 120ft extension is going to have trouble remaining stable? BTW I'm not picking fault or mocking this sad news, I would genuinley like to know. Cheers Tom:001_smile:
  22. Very nice job John. Looks cracking
