It had sold by the time I looked at time. I still wouldn't trust something that I couldn't go and look at myself. Like you said, for a couple of extra quid, get a new one that you know is sound. Simples!!

I got half way down and my Mrs and the Mother in law started calling its name. It went bloody mental!!!:lol: I wasn't impressed!!!

I climbed it and stuck it in a rope bag. I was trying to cinch the opening up and the bloodly thing kept sticking its head out and and making a break for it!! Quite funny to see a rope bag with a little head poking out of it!!!

i like that idea!! I told my other half to shine the torch just if front of where I am so I can see where I'm going and that translated into "Shine it into my eyes at ALL times!!" I then had to wrestle a cat into a rope bag while trying to remove its claws from my arms. All in all, a successful night!!!

Got a phone call at 9 last night, Cat stuck up a 40ft Sycamore, Needs rescue. Been stuck about 3 foot from the top since Midday. All well and good, but, ..........................................It's for the Mother in Law!!! Would you have got it down?
