  1. Had to go for a nice visit to A & E todya after putting my brand new awesome silky sugoi into my finger just thought i'd put up a few pics for you lot . i had to have 3 stitches , but hopefully i'll be back to work tommorow
  2. they are good wages, im a trainee climber and im on about £55 a day which i think is fair

  4. just thought i'd let you all kow that i passed it this morning, 1st time, but with 9 minors , but other than that im well chuffed
  5. greenmech ae mormally really really good with demo's etc, its not like them
  6. acorn do mostly big contract stuff, highways, schools, local housing associations, concil contracts etc. they do no domestic work.

  10. cheers liam, yeah it was a mint place to work, the gap wasn't too bad really becauser by the time it was snedded uo for the chipper it could fit threw their anyway
  11. no problemms. yeah i did the one in pics 5 and 6, they are actually really difficult to do safely and get right, i also put loads of sink cuts randomly into various limbs for the bats, and made several slits to try and make it as if the bark was falling off
  12. i think it probably took about 2 more hours than if it was standard cuts
  13. some more pics of the same job off my blackberry, and a few of a cedar that we dismantled, the hole in the wall is where it all had tobe passed through, and there was a swimming pool in front of it leaving a tiny drop zone to lower into, i was only there on the first afternoon so i've not got any finished pics, these were both really fun jobs to do

    i dont ever consider drinking im 17 ! im still on here almost every day lurking and posting occasionally, and simon is flat out because we've got arb approved assesment soonish and he's a busy father now so thats taking up a lot of time i think but we're both fine

    im only 17 i climb everyday i work, from reductions to big (for me) dismantles, i dont moan about my wage, i dont moan about being skint and i only make sarnies the night before if i've got no money, but i dont drink energy drinks, just water and tea when at work, and th odd can of pop,nd i dont smoke
  20. make sure you have a decent 4x4 to pull it over the area as we've had the nifty lifts before and they sink really easily if its a bit muddy

  23. they only take artic lorry loads, this is usually between 22 - 27 tons of fresh chippings
  24. tickets bought, i really hope im lucky as i also gave a generous donation
  25. lewis, snatching is also when someone takes something out your hands without asking lol
