  9. ...an extremely watered down tree survey!? e.g. tree No. ____ bird nest tree 0001 ____ tick tree 0002 ____ no tick etc...
  10. i know this may seem a tad odd, but i am a little bit scared of heights! so a mewp would definately be a no no, climbing is different tho, it feels alot safer and in most cases climbers are supported firmly within the tree, hovering in a big metal tin, seems a bit vulnerable to me ... as in a large bird of prey could mistake you for its dinner. point being you are fully/mostly in control whilst climbing.
  11. windows movie maker, for basic/simple editing, job done! have a look at start menu > all programmes > accessories > entertainment be somewere along those bases.
  12. yer! had to throw away my socks! I've worn them in now, so jus the odd sore now and again.

  16. long life way before comfortability, i wear stihl specials ... they make my feet bleed but they have lasted. You just have to have rock 'ard feet! wouldnt mind some lighter boots though. and to comply to the "100 quid trainers" thing, I'd rather be wearing me boots, all my trainers have holes in, they only last a few months.
  17. think I'm goin for the "blaze" 37m, any thing to say about it before i purchase ... in a few days like. cheers
  18. im sad to marvolous time of year, reminds me of all those pissed up BBQs and the wonderful veiws from the tops of trees
  19. the one most commonly known as midge (patterdale terrior) extremely protective and likes pulling off socks and licking feet
  20. that was rather naff! you would of thought there would be more but i was nearly in tears while watching them carve up that tree, and my jaw hit the floor when i saw the guy sawing off that ladder! plus i would like to know where that guy is suposedly "training". they only wanted to cut it down as they couldnt get the ladders any higher to get the dead wood! but overall it is terrifying to see what goes on in the world! especially on a subject so close to the heart! im still a bit emotional now after it, they should really have one of those "if you've been effected by this programme, call our helpline on 0800...."
  21. i'll be gathering the local mob armed with their old farm tools, ready to hunt them all down!!! then maybe we can get our stuff back plus i think a recording is in order, i get that fimble feeling that this is goin to be something im goin to enjoy for a eternity!
  22. this might be a poll job thanks everyone for helping dont worry i bought it off a traveller, he told me this gecko has special abilities to help you get up the tree, but i think it's time for a more traditional way of getting around the tree tops. i cant afford the gecko upkeep plus they're quite hard to potty train.
