  5. I've used a couple tied together for a chainsaw strop before, worked ok considering i couldn't find my bungee that day.

Well I have just finished reading through this tread from start to finish, some great knowlegde guys I recently got hold of an 044, it was filthy so I gave it a good clean and striped it down, looking through the exhaust it seemed like some minor marks on the piston, it looked ok on the spark plug side though. it had not been running right so Spud said to try the H L screws which solved that problem I got hold of compression tester and as I'm new to all this I could do with some advice. Is this ok for an 044? it cuts and runs fine.

A friend of mine used to make knives and I had planned on making one with him but it takes alot of hammering and welding with borax to get it right its better to use a power hammer or they can be brittle, they do look very nice though its suposed to be better to weld them to another core of metal, like an iron bar.

  17. Also from the weekend I took my daughter whos 2 up to the chained oak I used to climb into it as a kid with friends I have not been there in about 15 years or more and quite a bit dropped out, still a mighty impressive tree.

  21. A few months ago I looked down at the trip computer and saw this. Not too bad for my mitsi warrior on the motorway it does about 37 to 40 mpg at about 60 mph.
