In fact classic bullying / evasive / attention seeking behaviour , spending inordinate amounts of time simply rebuking everything - when constructive , or at least amusing behaviour would help him fit in better . No room in my cab , K

Actually , if a candidate on assessment is a bit below par - but knows what they should do , a pass is ok as long as proper feedback and recommendations have been given and followed up . Have seen a couple of rediculous fails ( who shouldnt have-on stupid technicality ) blatant incompetence should get a fail . K

193 were good saw, i had one and certainly couldnt fault it. Worse thing is if he left crap fuel in it then tried to start it 😣 but then that aint a bad price fr one. K

Possibly some plant investment, skid steer with grab n flail or bigger lorry / bigger chipper can make hell of a difference. Plus yr investing in yr staff so keep the good ones / older ones happy with that? Herself got huge HR experience / client management knowledge but you would rather keep yr ears functional instead i believe.... 😉 K

Think yr doing well as you are, seen 3 big companies go down cos they bit off more than they could chew, either bust or lost contracts - if yr happy in yr work put feelers out to couple of development companies, they often have pre works site clearance jobs, but often its a bit of travel. Dinner would be nice but don't feel pushed 😉 K
