  2. i had oregon chain on my new solo saw tryed 2 new chain witch where both given to me with the saw i didnt think alot to the chain and thought i brought a rubish saw. went to my stihl dealer told him iv brought a solo tophandle saw and wished i had saved my money to buy my 2nd 200 (he took a look at the saw) put a stihl chain on it and what a saw it made it twice the saw it was
  3. i belive between 300 and 350 i got a deal on it as i didnt need one run a 200 got the demo one that was at the APF thought i would try it out as the spec is more or less the same as the 200. i think with the rite chain it wood be a good match to the 200 but the big Q is how will it out last the stihl

  6. no its martin (andy) josh good saw dont like 2 things with it 1 the chain that u get with it will change that as it ent got much bit and 2 the tiein in point it ent as strong as the 200 but seem to have quit a bit of gut to it. when u come back josh let me no let u take it for a try
  7. after getting up yesterday morning at 6 loadin my ransomes mg crawler and newly brought plough up. took a drive over to stotfold working weekend done a bit of ploughing, took me alaskan mill on the 441 as one of my mates wanted to see it how it worked etc. so finished ploughin about 2 having something to eat deside to get the mill out as my mates had there saw bench there ended up ripping 3 bit of 12x12inch wood in half for them to use on there bench saw. i was well surprised how many people where intrested in the mill if i had 4 mills there i could have sold them lol (sent them ur way ROB.D told them to look on youtube and give them ur web address as i didnt have ur number on me). after that i loaded ransomes and plough up 6ish on the way home stop in to another one of my mate to pick up my solo 637 that i have just brought (tryed it out today) after unloading the mg and getting home finly got a beer in my hand at half 9 what a day didnt take many pic as i didnt really have time just my ransomes and my new saw
  8. small birch i done sat morning no before pic just after pic. it was topped about 2year ago (flat top) no shape or anything i thought i turned out ok
  9. you cant go wrong with any of them 2 saw see witch one u can get the best price on and get it. iv tryed both saws have a husq and stihl dealer with in 10 mins of me brought the 441 as it was the best price at the time and i would buy another
  10. r by the way got the 200 working on aspen mate after play with it cleaned the whole carb out tuned it and great

  13. just a quick Q if u have to change the bearing say every 600h what is the rough cost off doing this im look at getting me first towable one keep looking round and i would like the greenmech quadchip but for some strange reasion i keep look at the bandit 65

  20. thats not nice mick i remember when i had a accident with a 200 took 2 weeks off work and ent trusted the saw since (but it was my fault) hope hes on the mend soon mate

  22. ur not missing anything mate and if we really get stuck email jo-beau and they will be able to help as they helped my mate out. its just easier to phone greenmech and get what u want with in 2 mins thats what i was getting at
