Cords are volume based mate. Four feet tall, four feet wide n eight feet long. No doubt weight varies according to wood type/species. Jomoco
  2. Hey TCD! Can you name a single non religious POTUS mate? Best way to be rid of me's to let this thread turn into a Trump macho man circle jerk. Jomoco

    Processing

This is what elderly yanks I know use to up their processing game. Firewood Processor | TW-PRO MX | Timberwolf Wood Equipment 2 1/2 cords an hour ain't too shabby. Jomoco
  4. So rather than partaking of any newly revealed christian protocols that science duly confirms are hugely beneficial and convey regenerative properties? Your absolute certainty that christian's are full of it, would preclude you from participating in any benefits gained from any religious based discovery? Personally I believe mass consensus'd be achieved in fairly short order, human nature being what it is n all. Jomoco
  5. What's christianity's unfulfilled promise Vesp? Heal the sick, feed the poor, building heaven on earth, eternal life? All very conspicuous and attention getting markers, ducedly hard to fake, eh? Kinduva when it happens you'll bloody well know it, sort of scenario? Get me drift mate? Jomoco
  6. It's that Vesp I tell yu! Like some wiley serpent, slitherin round, instilling doubt n discord! I warned him! Humanity's mortal oversight The ease with which it's cured Sex acting as a plebiscite Obscuringly endured Where the holy tree of life Where the fruit delicious Embedded deep within your wife And flawed men malicious Evicted from heavenly Eden To wander amongst the animals Bruising each other beseeching Until you too are wretched cannibals Now the latter days are here As humanity becomes untenable A society driven by hate and fear Saved only by our maker's residuals Hot off the press! So Fed Up

It's always wise to heed your gut instincts IME mate. Best of luck whichever route you choose. I found that investing your own money into what you do, soon makes you indispensable to an employer without those crucial bits of kit. Jomoco
  8. There once was a king named Herod, that archaeological evidence proves was not a mythological character or fairytale..... Jomoco
  9. I don't see how the bible's parables and metaphors can be construed as facts? Perhaps my understanding of the queen's English has fallen victim to translational errors? Jomoco
  10. It's actually quite relaxing and serene giving god the benefit of the doubt, and believing everything's goin down exactly and precisely as he designed it to. The Internet era's perfect for getting catalytic knowledge out......suddenly. Jomoco
  11. I think you might like Bart Erhman's Lost Christianities. Gives an excellent run down on how women got screwed over bigtime at the Council of Nicea, despite being the fiercest guardians of the first Christian renegades. There's a free copy of it somewhere online I believe. Jomoco

    Thoughts?

Acute sun scalding due to being hatracked? Jomoco
  13. Who was it that coined the saying? I will not go quietly into the night! Jomoco
  14. Of all the outstanding sci-fi authors I've read, Asimov, Herbert, Heinlein, Clark, Anderson etc? My hands down favorite's Jack Vance, who not coincidently was the most prolific and longest lived of them all. The Anome by Vance is a prime example. A society/planet led by an anonymous ruler, with an unusual means of enforcing the law. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Anome Jomoco
  15. Who wuz it, the BBC, Ancient Astronauts? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_astronauts Crackin good stuff! Jomoco
  16. And now I spend my life upon the velvet side of hell....... Jomoco
  17. Well it's been a week since the big chop, and the head's still green n alive. I'm the first to admit this trick succeeding with a Jacaranda's no big deal since folks have been propagating cuttings from them for some time now. However my next victim's a fairly rare hardwood, a South African cape chestnut, or Caleodendrum capense, an old one, a city street tree whose days are numbered. Indeed without my defense of the tree, it would've been chopped n ground years ago by the city, whose certified arborist thought it was a ficus, and was somewhat chastened and embarrassed to have me set him straight.
  18. What if proof of our sky daddy's existence is awaiting and latent inside us? Kinduva best place to hide something being right under your nose scenario? Jomoco
  19. The firewood guys I know mechanize, with TimberWolf firewood processors with it's hydraulically driven chop saws in 404 chisel. Then also mechanized bundling n wrapping of various sizes in plastic, for sale to grocery outlets by the pallet. A pretty impressive operation to be run by just two elderly brothers alone.
  20. Then why'd christ persist in saying he was not of this earth? The friggin universe is but one of many big places mate. Maybe god's out planting humans in other universes like Jonny Appleseed? Making the rounds so to speak? I got no probs givin such blokes the benefit of the doubt, unlike some of you speak in absolute terms Thomases! Jomoco
  21. I like this guys hard hitting objective analysis of the current POTUS's legacy. Nassim 'Black Swan' Taleb Sums Up Obama's Legacy In 3 Painfully "Real" Tweets | Zero Hedge In all fairness, obama came just shy of doubling the natnl debt in 8 years, whereas raygun tripled it. Jomoco
  22. Ever heard of parables n metaphors my Idiot friend. Bible's rife with the stuff, almost like they're doin it on purpose, being vague n stuff. Kinda like seein the world around us through a glass darkly? Subtle uppity folks, these highly cerebral gods n entities. Jomoco
  23. That's what my favorite old school tree service owner that I worked for the longest on serious federal military contracts called me! Easy money! I miss him dearly. Jomoco
  24. So modern medicine curing macular degeneration blindness with stemcell therapy, in Britain's not a good noble thing mate? Though ye have eyes...... Jomoco
  25. What are today's scientists, if not seekers of a higher knowledge? Even the bloody catholics funded an ocean of scientific research. At times to their own despair! Progress, lads, however modest eh? Jomoco
