    the old wrist roller is a good one for grip and wrist strength and flexibility…chin ups, sledge hammer workout, TRX, kettle bells, yoga. i was into power lifting years ago as it did not hurt my climbing think its a lot better to do more work on flexibility and get a good strength to weight ratio.

    i have a 99 toyota land cruiser Colorado 3lt turbo deisel with 16500 miles…grate drive, 7 seats, grate for towing, centre diff lock and rear diff lock,grate build quality would never go back to land rover.

    id like to know what we can and can't do..as in do we need a back up line with SRT? the firm i work for is saying no SRT until we know whats going on…bit **** when i got a load of 100ft planes to prune...

    i was a sub by climber in sheff and was getting 130/150 5 years ago… i would not work for less then 150 a day climbing.

    hope you did a risk assessment and presented it to your boss….if you genuinely feel any work is to dangerous or out of your depth you have the RIGHT to refuse end of.

    hi I'm looking for weekend work in hamps/berks..have geek climbing fro 14 years have all own climbing kit and saws(also 4x4 if needed) qualifications… CS31,36,38,39,and 41 loader crane. chapter 8. first aid. chipper. im a good all rounder working hard and to a high level of quality. have been driving and working with UNIMOGS for 5 years too. please get back if you have any weekend as i have a full time job in the week in london. but mite be tempted to start a new one..thanks matt
