  1. No no, not with me, but my groundy cam close. There have been many times when picking up brash, you unwittingly scoop dog poo. I would hope however, that the offending doggy doo would be detected early, when it comes into close proximity of the nostril. You do have to clear all that encrusted dust out the nostril every now and again
  2. Top tip is don't pick your nose and eat it when working at a property where there is a dog.
  3. To get the inside of you flask spotless and like new, pour a bit of dishwasher liquid in and fill with boiling water, then loosley put the cap on so water spills out a little so it is completely filled to brim and leave overnight. In the morning rinse and it will be like new.
  4. Used to be braces till I got stretch airs, they are light and a good fit so a belt does the job now. May have to go back to braces now though, went for a crap this morning and lost 2lb, just a shadow of my former self now.
  5. I recognised faces if it had been 4 blokes it would have been forgotten about 3 seconds afterwards.
  6. Blokes only remember certain things
  7. I can remember seeing that group of girls at one of the shows, either APF or Cirencester???
  8. If there is one thing I cannot stand, it's cold callers. They are a pest and IMO. If, and lets say for arguments sake, a double glazing firm, comes and knocks on my door or flyposts. That sets alarm bells ringing for me straight away. If you have to flypost to obtain business, then that means you do crap work and don't get recommended. I avoid at all costs. NOW, if someone flyposted my house, lets say a Tree Surgeon and that flypost said that it was a new business and was trying to obtain a customer base, then I would be interested. That then shows initaitive. An established business, flyposting = alarm bells A newly established = enthusiasm Be very careful how it is worded.
  9. Back to the top again. Fun climb get together details as follows. We are aiming to meet between 10.30 and 11am at Bradley Wood, Brighouse. Below is the multimap link. The postcode is HD6 3TU. This will take you into the Scout camp in the main part of Bradley wood, but you can't get there without passing our meet point. You will see it http://www.multimap.com/maps/?hloc=G...03TU|HD6%203TU If coming on the M62, exit at J24 Huddersfield. On the main big roundabout take the third exit A643 towards Brighouse, keep on that road till you come to a set of lights, turn right, at the next roundabout turn left onto the dual carriagway towards Brighouse. When the dual carraigeway ends, turn right onto woodhouse lane and then immedaitely right again onto Shepherds thorn lane. follow shepherds thorn lane till you come to a steel farm gate on your left more or less infront of you with stone pillars either side and a scout sign. Go thru that gate and you'll see us 100 yards on your right. Stop and say hello  There will be a barbeque that we can crack up to cook some lunch, there will be loads of frozen burgers and sausage and baps. I organise some coffee making stuff and some cold drinks. If you want to bring something else to put on the barbie feel free. It would be a good opportunity for anyone who has never climbed before and who want s to give it a go, with supervision. If you are not sure of directions PM either me or PeteMcTree and we will PM you our mobiles, mines not difficult to get hold of anyway if you get lost you can ring and we'll guide you in. Just post on here if you intend to come, just to give us a rough idea of how many, theres about 5 or 6 locals coming already.

  15. Will drag it out of the container That's if I can get into it without getting electricuted. I will go down early and get it out so you lot wont get a laugh at my expense

  17. Dont worry Frans, he knows we won't let him forget Just a shame we didn't have it on video. That's why us lot round here are very careful not to make mistakes, because we will never here the last of it. Just look at my avtar for my mistake. I know someone who let a tree attack him when he was felling it. He wouldn't let me sign the pot on his arm Good thing about being ripped about it is, you won't make the same mistake twice, your life would be hell

  19. Yeh, how bloody thick can you be to do such a basic mistake. Hope they are not in charge of anyone showing them bad habits like that. They should have to retake their climbing tickets IMO
  20. I had a similar one where I was talking about someone I hadn't seen for years, saying I would have to go and see them. As I said it this someone rang my mobile. Freeked me out a bit.
  21. We can tell you when you turn up on Sat.
  22. I can see the use of another script coming along.
