  1. Mark: I always have my phone with me too and thought about putting it in a sealable sandwich bag to keep the dust and sweat out. I saw the spirit level app and pointed out to my mate you can use it to judge how tall a tree is and where the tip is going to land with it Frank: I could just plump for a cheapo phone, but I can get a decent phone for the money I spend on calls so might as well have all singing and dancing Plus it's got to be able to play movies too
  2. My nokia N96 has withstood 3 falls from about 30ft and pockets full of sawdust and shavings for 14 months now. I am due for upgrade in two weeks and was considering N97 I think the camera is most important for me and dustproofiness Everyone I know has jumped on the iphone sheep truck N97 or Iphone or other (dont like blackberry, they dont look very robust or dust proof )
  3. Hahaha, I was thinking of coming out of Arb and becoming a plumber
  4. Try pelican engineering at Normanton They do Hino, Man, Kubota and Deutz.. if they dont do Kholer they will tell you who does 01924 228722
  5. No...you'd need to include a couple of phone lines and a privet hedge to re-enact the feeling of the mewp incident
  6. ahhhh, scabby old fence, it was rotten, it' weren't fastened in right anyway
  7. Sounds quite spooky really, your dead lucky, better luck tomb-orrow Sorry Graham, shouldn't joke !!
  8. I know Tommer, I'm grateful for your concern though, much appreciated mate, it's good to know you have friends that look out for you
  9. Cheapest place is here ian LEDDirectional You just buy them individual and fit where you want, wiring is fairly basic if you have them on random flash but if you want to syncronise them to flash together or alternate gets a bit more involved but still fairly easy
  10. I'd have to fit another thirty Only the cheap ones go Expensive ones last forever
  11. They look to be in banks of three so would imagine if one on a bank went then the set of three would go down, but they are supposed to be professional ones, very robust I am not going to fit any side on Martin, might fit two on the chipper but dont see any benefit for me as I always face the front into traffic, it's very rare I am in a situation where I can't. Thats why I've gone mad at the front and am going to fit another two
  12. Thats the reason I have fitted them, the orange beacon I had had two 50w bulbs in it so if I had it on for any length of time I had to have the engine running. All three together only draw about 6 watts I think so I can leave them on for a few days without worrying about flattening the battery Oh..and they are vibration proof
  13. They are actually quad flash but it looks on the film like they only flash once
  14. Dissappointing really that, I though timberwolf may have been thinking outside the box and had made a line of accessories such has a bar vice ect that fit into that slot
  15. I service two of my friends chippers for them
  16. Just fitted the three Securiled lights onto the roof bar so far, they're very bright, film doesn't do them justice [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0xBsGrEA64&feature=channel]YouTube - Delta design led landrover securiled[/ame]
  17. Glad your ok Graham, next time dont bother with the zip line just park in the traffic light area and throw straight to the chipper
  18. Here's another one I did today. If your handbrake comes right up it means your brakes need checking for either, adjustment or wear or both. If your handbrake comes all the way up, dont ignore it The brakes weren't even working and the lining on the shoes paper thin on an 08 timberwolf
  19. Looks ok from here. But not from here. You need to carefully clean your radiator every now again and that is all chippers
  20. I say that had had a lightning strike
  21. Your ok with that disco Arbo, it's the 3 thats popular with hairdressers
