  1. Are you sure "you" are releasing the handbrake to the very last click
  2. Good call that happened on mine when i over adjusted the handbrake. Happened when going slow in reverse.
  3. See if theres any play in the prop flanges
  4. I agree with Skyhuck. People want a good police force and nhs but mention tax rises and they whinge like frigg. One other option would be for the tax office to start chasing the big corporate giants for some tax instead of them paying none.
  5. Also not reporting the crime is bad Marc....it shows a lower than actual crime rate and the police will not get the funding they need. You need to report everything.
  6. How did we ever manage previous to the last 40 years.
  7. The police are not fit for purpose at the moment. Ive just got off the phone with them telling them exactly that. Ive asked for sll my log numbers over the last 18 month (some 15 of them) and im going to put a complaint in to the so called "independent" police complaints commission. How they are independent when based in an office in the police station i dont know. Ive got pre warning stuff....ive caught thieves and their equipment....ive handed them over to the police for them to do nothing. Absolutely pointless involving them. I have lost all faith in them. As a direct consequence of police inability to act i have lost everything. I will, once my house is sold, end up living in my yard in a static. I have no time for them anymore. The only way we will get better policing is for the officers on the ground to grow a backbone and tell the chain of command they cant cope with the man.power they have. All the police could say to me was "im sorry about that" Thats a big comfort to me when im in a caravan next winter. My business is still booming and i have my equipment still. But god help anyone now that tries to stand in my way climbing back up the ladder
  8. I don't like the look of it, it looks very....what's the word? ..basic? ..and "open"
  9. Thats exactly my point....it's quite a statement to dismiss all other loaders with no facts or figures to back it up
  10. Definitely interested Kev...Ill ring him this week as I,m away skiing soon
  11. In what ways does it wipe the floor with other loaders
  12. There's always one that abuses the equipment
  13. I was more interested in speed and accuracy than height / distance. Ive got a big shot but would like something that would "cycle" quicker after missed shots. I did think about putting a fishing reel on the big shot as well.....probably all been done before though.
  14. Thank you... You've saved me a few Bob and a load of time ☺
  15. Has anybody had a go at using one of the dog ball thrower things for launching?
  16. Avant and multione are very very close in most ways, I don't like the boom on the avant, it just doesn't right having an off set boom which imparts a twisting force on it. Al......the stump was dragged out then a strop put round and just about lifted
  17. Its the GT45 which is equivelent to the new 9 series CSF
  18. Dont mess with a mini loader.... the point about these is their lift capacity compared to their size. I started with a Kubota compact which lifted next to nowt in comparison.
  19. Didn't know about FB page, just applied to join.. https://www.facebook.com/groups/864020940410560/
  20. I think Kevinjohnsonmbe has a 7 series, might be worth talking to him
  21. Mines a GT45 Ian, they have stopped that model now as they have a new line up. Miltione UK are brilliant dealers, will talk you through all the models and if possible demonstrate them for you. One thing I would not do without though is my heated cab
  22. Hahaha....I have been thinking the same after reading it, went on dvla and can't make head nor tails of it. I think you just apply for a V5 first
  23. I filled my tyres with water and antifreeze, it's a different animal. Skid steers are inefficient by definition, they have to waste power by skidding to steer and cause damage whilst doing so, either to the tyre or the ground. I've worked on golf courses and gardens with no noticeable damage. Multione has the best dealer backup by far with Steve Hadfield at the helm who also sponsors this site. If sensibly operated they are no more unstable than any other machine. The bottom picture show me lifting a 1.5t shed on soft sloping ground, with the shed 12" off the ground the machine started to go an stopped when the load touched the ground, release the load the machine sat back down, by shifting weight etc we got the shed on the trailer which was pushing the machine to its limits and beyond.
