  1. I have those high pressure tyres on mine 95 psi and empty it does bounce about a bit
  2. I would be mate but I would be going back in the morning to chog down the stem
  3. Any trailer tows well if loaded right
  4. Now that is a pollard!! Funny how if someone else touches the trees the "residents" are up in arms and "how lovely that tree was" and "its a shame" but the first time they need light into their living rooms it would have been ok to hack it to bits
  5. "However, if you are working on a commercial site, for instance, AND the commercial manager instructs you to remove a tree then he would be deemed the 'originator' (producer) of the waste and a WTN would be deemed a requirement. Indeed this would definately be the case if you were transferring the waste to a third party site AND the third party should require this of you. However, however, if YOU advise the manager the tree needs to be removed, and therefore you are deemed the 'producer' of the waste AND you are transferring it to your own (again, registered exempt site)" Thanks Paul, your efforts are much appreciated. This however, is the bullshite bit. It once again shouldn't matter who decides the tree should come down, who decides shouldn't be a deciding factor If I chip the tree with my chipper and that chip is used, it isn't waste, only if the chip is sent to landfill should it be deemed "waste". It really isnt a hard concept to grasp
  6. Johnny, what you need to do is go and see your neighbour and tell him if he puts you out of business through pettiness, you will sell on your land to the travelling franternity.
  7. Thats along the lines I was thinking, this issue affects everyone and with over 8000 arbtalk members, donating to cover the costs of the person brave enough to take on a test case whomever that may be, shouldn't cost the donatees a fortune
  8. Mans existence is interfering with nature, it is nature If the human population does get too much nature already has ways of sorting it. We are constantly being thinned out through conflict, disease and "natural" events
  9. Deadly ! Sadly your comment is more than likely true in many many cases Tax credits are claimed when they are not really needed, if you can afford luxuries then you dont need them
  10. ..........whilst someone else dies because the trust they are under, is under funded and can't afford that someone effective treatment. It would be nice if tax could be used where it is needed rather than where it "helps a little"
  11. At what level should you get it ? When you can't afford a McDonalds ?? Or maybe when you cant afford the Hugg Boots ?
  12. When I was a lad..........................................
  13. Nowadays people expect to be nannied by the state, they think it s their right to be looked after. The slightest bit of hardship they expect to be baled out or subsidised by everyone else. I had an extremely hard and underpriveleged upbringing, with no support from the social. You only used to get support when you were homeless or jobless. My mother brought us up on her own due to constant domestic violence and hospitalisation from my abusive father. She had to hold down two jobs and go to the butchers for bits of meat and roll ends "for the dog" to help feed us. We could only afford to have one bath a week and thats when the electric was on. We got teased and bullied at school because we wore cheap clothes and shoes Nowadays people who claim tax credits can still: Afford Mc'Ds for their kids. Have play stations, fancy computors and sky tv for their kids Have a holiday abroad for their kids Go to the cinema with their kids Tax credit is a load of bollox in the majority of cases. The majority who claim it dont know what hard times are
  14. I also disagree with tax credits
  15. My thought : Catch the flytippers flytipping, dont penalise everyone during a 5 day working week by pulling us over and hassling us. Go out on a weekend and evening into the laybys, flytipping spots and actually catch them at it and make an example of them. If they are gypo's dont turn the other cheek, prosectue them instead of walking away from them because its too much hassle. Oh and Tree Surgery arisings are a commodity, not a waste
  16. I can picture a lot of people reading this, gulping and saying, "Whoops"
  17. Hahaha....now we've all put the world to rights I'm off out pricing in the peeing down rain to earn money to pay for all the sponging gits
  18. Nice wee mog, in my company colours too ! Not so sure about the bricks under the front wheels though
  19. I think your all getting lost up your own @rses !! The social system is in place for those that need it. The greivance EVERYONE has is it paying out to those lazy bone idle gits that have no intention of working or ever working and no intention of ever paying back into it To summerise: It is there for those that need it not there for those that dont
  20. The needy who claim needn't worry It should be the non needy that claim that want a right good kicking
  21. I've paid tax for 30 years without claiming a penny from anyone. Why should I pay for everyone elses further education and those from foreign countrys
  22. I think the tuition fees should be upped as well, good on the government. Why should I pay for someones education so they can earn more than me and not pay it back. If they dont earn a good wage they dont pay it back, it's a win win situation for them, if you want a degree then you should have to pay for it. The system being proposed cant be any fairer
