  1. Got a price today for grab wagon to come and pick up for 160+vat. Which doesn't sound too bad really, gotta go to the site again now and see if one would get in
  2. I bought it from a lr main dealer through ebay, I heard back today, the parts manager has said there's no point sending it back to lr as its two years old, so to email them the part number on the box and the parts I'll need and they'll see if they can help me out, to what extent I'm not sure, I think their thinking of splitting the cost of parts but I'm just guessing
  3. I'm gonna get prices tomos for a skip, that's an option yet, I'll be in touch pal. Cheers
  4. It was on ebay so although I've got the receipt, I've not got the original listing. I'll just have to see how it goes. I kept it elsewhere too in that time so could get a witness if it went that far. I paid 1.5k for it so it's not like it's peanuts,
  5. Yeah that's what I thought, even though its just sat in a crate for two years. Their supposed to be ringing me this week so I'll see what they say
  6. Haha yeah was gonna get a chassis to be honest but decided against it as I have to do it all on the road
  7. It was advertised as a factory recon engine
  8. Still have the receipt yes, but doesn't say anything about warranty. I'll put some pictures up and see what people reckon. One of the heads also had no valve stem seals fitted!
  9. I've got a bulkhead to fit, chassis to weld engine to fit and axle to swap, so it's gonna take a while Though more importantly the customers pestering to shift it asap
  10. I bought a supposedly recon engine two years ago, anyway long story short it's far from recon'd. Anyone know where I'd stand regards to sending it back?
  11. Unfortunately got no loader or probably not enough to fill an artic
  12. Should add not expecting a freebie here
  13. Hi guys i might be in a bit of a pickle here, need to get shut of about 6 tranny loads of chip, problem is its only the ground and I've no way of shifting it now as the landies mot is up. Anyone know of anything? Any help as always much appreciated
  14. At least one of my probs has a tag welded on, always presumed it was to balance it?
  15. What chippers do they have in? Do you know how much?
  16. Yeah I used to, got a carbon zaskar, not done it for a while, sort of have "interest spurts". I like the trail centres to be honest but been round most places at some point, what biking are you into? Xc or downhill?
  17. We looked for ages for a disco for my dad, gave up in the end as they were all going in the door as you photo'd. Out of the ones we looked at that looks quite bad, a lot were just bubbling up rather rust showing. We got a p38 in the end, that wasn't the best choice either
  18. I always am the only climber on my own jobs. Dodgy I know but if I priced another climber in on jobs a doubt I'd get any work,
  19. Yep I work with a 20yo lad and his attitude really winds me up, we work in quite a relaxed place and yet he still doesn't pull his weight, I keep telling him if he gets a job anywhere else he'll be screwed because he just can't hack graft. A compulsory couple of years in the army after school would do things a world of good I think.
  20. That's a cost to network rail, not third party etc. don't know what that would be
  21. I'm trying to hire mine out at the minute but no takers yet, wrong time of year perhaps. £20 an hour with me
  22. I've got American pro or something, off eBay. Their ok but the drawers aren't really deep enough
  23. Pretty sure that company has been on watchdog a few times
  24. To be fair the cost per minute of a line closure/blockage is something like £1k per minute!
