  5. having looked at the link Matt gave from VOSA I think its a very complicated issue and maybe I should stick to my idea of a 130 Landy! Maybe a Mog in the future! Still think they are a great bit of kit! Possibly a want not a need

  8. what licence do you need and are they exempt from road tax? What are they like to insure and with who?
  9. Can anyone please tell me what's the law on driving a Mog, I have a full Class 1 HGV licence. If it is registerd as an Ag vech what are the restrictions on every day driving and finaly whats the score with RED diesel! I will stand by for lots of opinions but whats the LAW. I am a landrover man at heart even when it breaks! I do like the idea and versatality of a mog :wave: Many thanks!

  12. I have enough training to use these! If the situation dictated it its either bleed to death or possibly damage a nerve and survive! You could use a new style tournique but it would take up too much room and snag on everthing Good bit of kit though!
  13. Clamps used for arterys etc. Like a pair of sciscors with flat ends that clamp together.
  14. Thats the reason I carry a small set of hemostats to clamp the Artery. Hope I never need them!
  15. You could use a High lift jack of the Landrover? Strap it round the base to secure it or girth hitch etc.

  17. Its poisonous on yew! Strange as you can eat the berries!
  18. Have done a few on some chestnut coppice where multi stems have made space tight. Didn't have any problems but then again only small diameter stems.
  19. it is even free from the usual graffiti but the surroundings have had a bit of a larapping!
