I have 5mil insurance, and my insurance company said that no tickets no pay in event of a claim ,My advisor also stated that if i sub contract to another company and i was involved in an accident that was prooved that i was wholy or partly resposible for, the employers insurance would come after me for some or all of the claim so if you are in employment full time and subby at weekends my advice is get some public liability insurance. Its cheeper than loosing everything for that beer money fund.
