When I still climbed DRT I resigned myself to always returning to the cambium saver in order to retrive it with 100% certainty. That was because I seemed to get it stuck at least half the time which negated any effort saved in installing it in the first place. All in all the most effective cambium saver for me was a steel biner,with a webbing sling and mini pulley on it.Cheap effective and light.

Not surprised honestly. The Red army glorified huge losses because of tactical ignorance,almost zero training and poor equipment. On the civilian side,the Wehrmacht ate all the food and livestock when the winter came. Then the NKVD would shoot any peasants approaching Soviet lines looking for shelter. Stalin then killed anyone who had been exposed to western technology.

I did about 3300 km on the old girl this summer. One big trip with two mates when I carried all the luggage on the old girl. One breakdown when the neutral switch gave up the Ghost but that only took 15min to sort out.

Have you considered starting a Cycle convoy to Palestine? "Peddles for Palestine" sounds catchy,you could let your home to some migrants while you were gone and seek sponsorship for your carbon neutral quest? I could be responsible for your PR,we could sell branded Cycles with catchy names , Shemah scarfs and AK47 shaped key rings.

Why dont you petition Egypt instead of bleating on here? Lots of room in Egypt for Palestinians,integrate seamlessly I would imagine.

I think Hamas and their refusal to evacuate civilians coupled with their form for hiding munitions and hostages in built up area's is the reason do many kids are killed. London's children was evaluated during the Blitz for humanitarian reasons. Hamas chooses inhumanity. Quite literally.
