    At 35 years old i would of stopped climbing , but i decided to learn all the new stuff. And i'm still climbing at 49.

    Maybe this could be of use. Figure of eight , using as end attachment. Plus point the fishermans knot doesn't tighten up so much.

    Clean them again until the gritty grinding noise is gone. And oil them. I clean mine with a oral irrigator.
