went to my first yoga class this week and couldnt how much it hurt the next day-in a good kinda way! will definetly go again as i can see it being a great way to ward off injuries.

the walk to the top was a killer but well worth it....... and it was cool being next to the clouds and seeing the rain underneath them, The mountain is ruapehu by the way.

it catches a tiny little bit but all you have to do is flick some slack line up and it pops through. I reckon the rope/splice needs to be cover dependant so that the core can be removed to make the splice lie flatter on the ring. seems to not get as stuck as my factory rope guide on webbing.

why not try some 12mm rope? best of both worlds!!

i reckon the webbing one gets caught in tight crotches more as it turns the ring around a bit
