  10. mine are waterproof it that helps but as peter says as you can remove the tongue padding may be ok but lets face it chainsaw boots will always be warm in the sun. Although i am not taking mine on holiday to find out may stop wearing boots and just wear wellies

    i have just got 4 packs from our local stihl dealer 1 for each vehicle altthough i hope never to try it i believe it has a 3 year shelf life
  13. that seems ok to me and will that mean we can use your waste license as well or will you need a brokers licence as well
  14. i have both and tbh they are totally different although i do have safety issues with the spiderjack but am climbing on the spider at the mo I think at the price they are you need to be sure your going to like it and the clutches do not last forever especially if your rope is dirty or are on the heavy side if the clutch starts to slip wash your rope and its amazing what a difference it makes
  15. correct i believe i personally love the scorch colours for strops and split tails and it splices nice

  18. 22kn is the minimum most stuff designed for climbing is between 22kn and 25kn although as with everything there are exceptions

  20. i like mine 3rd pair no stitching probs all other lads wear hi flex i dont think there hotter at all at least a bit of air gets round my only issue is that sawdust sometimes sticks to the insides and my bum looks better in hi flex
  21. i am obviously too nice a guy and yes i am employed but only 3 days and am SELF EMPLOYED the other 4 there is absolutely no need to spend all that on 2 trees in a woodland in a nice large garden maybe and that is my main point will swap you those quality trees for some whips to plant in your woodland

  23. this is what i mean by why take the mickey i can get nicer trees for so much less within 15 miles of you so no delivery and that must be a lot of after care for £158 and unseasoned logs at £100 a landrover full must be dearest around for or is it because delivery charge is per metre
  24. not sure what helmet you have but you can get new headbands for vertex and most of the others and there only about £2
