  1. Are you talking about the threaded piece that fits into the Chuck . The Chuck screw hole size.
  2. Just pay him what you said, learn from it. Never going to work especially on that money for travel & b&b .
  3. I've done it this way to try for flat pack , so people have no excuses not to buy 😁. Next time I'm going to cut a channel in so metal sits flush with wood. So 4 bolts and its flat.
  4. Cheers Rob , got the next shelf on a bit of fine tuning and a sand left.
  5. Yew coffee table, more sanding needed and a lower shelf. Resin to be added later.
  6. Nurse pics is a must it's the law , I'm sure your wife would understand. 😁.
  7. There is one called phat strop , never tried that one tho.
  8. There's a small bungee cord a bit like a chainsaw strop but can't remember where I got mine from, or a sawpod I had too.
  9. Good to hear your back, good luck on the recovery
  10. Oak and metal framed mirror and oak coffee table.
  11. Cheers, message me prices for the walnut and oak.
  12. By the looks of it every noise has a signature so every day noises are excluded from it but loud, broken glass etc it recognises and alarm goes off. You'll probably need a 9v adapter for it as there's only a backup battery. Try emailing and asking if suitable for vans.
  13. Looks like it's through noise, so if door open or glass smashed it goes off, did you watch the YouTube video.
  14. There inside drying at the moment, one of the slabs are going for a low bench the ash one I think. With 4 solid legs out of beech, plain and simple. Some of the yew will be For the second shelf on the pictures above.
  15. Recommend big beech too:biggrin:, i'll open my wrapped yew board tomorrow.
  16. Big j on here has some lovely pieces of elm and lots of it. I have used him plenty of times before and recommend him.
  17. I have found a local place that uses the plainer/thicknesser 30" I think, and charges me £5 a board sometimes less.
