  7. Looking at making a dining room table and benches, looking at yew and elm at the moment . The more rustic the better the width needs to be 80cm x 5cm thick width at least 2m , ideally I would like to have the top in one piece before I start thinking about two pieces. Kiln or air dried, and lots of pictures world be nice for customer to decide on timber and cost. Interested in other choices too.

  11. Silky do various saws like that woodboy and I think the one I've got is the silky Mini mini. They have a carpentry range.

  16. Thanks for the kind words I don't mind at all they went down well at my stall today, I made a few blank ones and drawn and painted a Spiderman one and started iron man . It brought the customers in watching me work. No problem with the bench let me know when your ready.
  17. Top one looks more like a builders logo for houses, the bottom one looks naff.
  18. Haven't read through all the thread but. If your anywhere near me I have a mig you can borrow . Gloucestershire I'm based.
