  2. the one day course ticks a box, that's about it personally id go for a course that is industry specific, how to put a sling on isn't really relevant imo. Dealing with catastrophic bleeds and other life threatening injuries is what you need we did a course through treekit and galahad associates, it was eye opening to say the least First Aid For Tree Workers | Galahad Associates

  6. mine are on their last legs, soles started to come off and got a 2inch split in the rubber rand on the inside of my right foot had less than 12 months wear outta them back to AKUs I think

  8. I Just paid 36.5k for a 1997 valmet 8050 with brand new guarding and crane. id say your pretty much on the nose for 20K for the crane and guarding

  21. used her last week to lift some conifer out of a garden over a hedge, picking up good sized grab fulls of cord at full reach and didn't notice much movement, no more than my old one. got 2 jobs to use it on later this week with some bigger timber so will see how she fares then
