  16. being self employed as im sure you know makes it hard to have time off quote I will modify my working practices to allow injuries to heal. dont seem to have the oppertunity to do this. expected to turn up and get the job done as quickly and effciently as possible. contractors dont pay for someone to turn up and moan
  17. im under 30,and rarely have the oppertunity to let things recover naturally.usual remedy is a few pain killers and deal with it
