    Not bad , but i've doubled that on a road side job with 3 men..... At the end of the month we still only broke even lol

    In the coming months/years you'll be able to get good blokes at 2 for a £1 in a figure of speech, and they'll be pleased of the money............. Mummy's boys, clueless wonders will have to eat bread and pull it lol

    The truth is a lot of blokes aren't worth £20 a day! damn pleased I don't employ anyone these days, most of my employees spent more time standing around watching me work , with a big gormless look on there face and there hands in their pockets. I've seen the same thing with other firms as well, it wouldn't make a jot of difference regarding productivity if they were paid 1.50 a day or 150, roll on the recession............ Sorry to go off topic..

Just like those folk who think they're getting a bargain 42'' plasma HD tv for £100 only to find its a con, tough lucks all I have to say

    Attention to detail mate, please! Showmen pay the local council a very large sum of money a bond to set up a fair, the Showmen rely on this council/showmen mutual co-operation, ie they want repeat business, Showmen rarely leave tyre marks let alone rubbish and mess, if they left so much mess we wouldn't have the same Showmen/Fairground turn up to the same place year in year out, some fairs such as the Goose fair have been going for decades.. Sorry to sound like i'm having a rant but, if I were a Showmen i'd hate to be tarred with leaving rubbish and of being theives.. The Showmens Guild http://www.showmensguild.com/

    You should never ever, confuse Gypsies with fairground people [who prefer to be called Showmen] I have never ever heard of a showman implicated for any kind of offence,let alone theft, and I know a fair few showmen............. And the for the record Showmen do huge amounts for charity, do a google and take a look.........

    I've seen plenty of chippers on my travels, painted all kinds of silly colours and missing ID plates, from the little I know, most stolen chippers are sold to legit tree firms! who know full well what they are buying! you'd be surprised how dis-reputable the reputable become when offered a stolen chipper worth 15k for 2k
