  8. Of all the trucks and vans I've owned, the Ranger and Transit were the worst by a long way, once you've had a Japanese truck/lorry/van you'll never look at a Ford again mate, I don't think I'm alone either compare the independent reviews of the Ranger against the Hilux Ford Ranger road test reports | Ford Ranger consumer car reviews | RoadTestReports.co.uk Toyota Hilux road test reports | Toyota Hilux consumer car reviews | RoadTestReports.co.uk
  9. Hi-lux, Navarra, L200 they're all half decent trucks, just get one, avoid those Rangers at all cost IMO
  10. Sitting at a steady 60 mph you'll get around 35mpg and that a definite, I've had both the Navarra and the Pathfinder. Rangers are by far worst for MPG in the range
  11. Really interesting Sean, thanks........
  12. I had a 2007 Pathfinder 7 seater version of a Navarra obviously much heavier, the computer told me I was getting as much as 37mpg on a long run, put your foot down or tow and they'll give as little as 20

  18. Guys I suggest, you work on a dollar rate, forget the pound, the pound against the Aussie dollar is very poor, and the cost of living in Sydney is very very high! no disrespect to the thread starter but £15 converted to $1.60 current rate is rubbish, my brother in-law gets $45 an hour cutting grass and trimming bushes.
