I spent two days cutting up Greenheart pier pilings 20 feet down a hole, a tunnelling machine found it when building a new sewage system, the machine could bore through granite but not Greenheart lol, bloody hard stuff to cut up I know that..

Thats a crock to start with, they have and will pull 2.5 tons all day long, with a loaded chip box! I did it for 3 years

they are or were the biggest weight carrier in that class vehicle, a much better legal and illegal weight carrier.........

How about the maths, fuel for chipper, saws and truck, wages [include adding in holiday pay and ni contribution] accommodation, a meal [?] finance for truck, chipper, depreciation of equipment, sundries [files chains bars ppe] wear and tear machinery truck, trailer, chipper, i'd like to see £300 with profit out of that little lot

Well said, 300 per day is nuts, I could get that on my own with a hedge trimmer and lawnmower in the summer............... £750 plus vat is much more realistic imo

Why pay considerably more for a double cab truck , when you can get a good tool box for a lot lot less

Is the work place/a customers garden the right place for a dog in the first place? I want a firm that's eyes and mind a focused on my trees and the job , not a pet, sorry but that's the way I see it!
