  1. ok i should add......im not saying it couldnt do serious work.....just would use something with more power if the choice was there.
  2. be ok for a little snedding saw to leave by the chipper, wouldnt consider it for any serious work. i have one with a 12" carving bar, gets used for fine detail work, nothing more.
  3. colours important, some ropes can be very hard to see.........i tend to just go by what feels good to the touch, although i tend to try any rope going.

  5. i think you are quite possibly right, the guy obviously wants companies to struggle more if it means he profits from it, in the same way that estate agents and mortgage lenders have been scare mongering people into buying homes to beat the price rise.....all its done is forced the prices up further. but even so, i think hes right from all the signs i see we are in a recession, which just hasnt been officially announced yet

  18. got the blackberry at last....cant get the gps working though! all in all very confusing, but pretty cool also....the email feature is cool. unfortunately the web browsing isnt.....when i bring up arbtalk it throws all the templates around in really random orders and makes it unviewable....hopefully its something in the settings, otherwise it might have to go back.
  19. thats a shame you werent taught that over the course of 2 years, was it because none of your tutors can do the technique themselves?
