  3. I never managed to get ocean polyester to grip reliably every single time, horrible cord in my opinion. A shorter cord might help. Perhaps try an xt knot to use up some slack
  4. Yep you will do! Doesn't matter how many hours you put into testing, going live always throws up a heap of glitches especially on a site of that size. You'll get there in the end

  7. incidentally, the only cover that is required by law is employers liability. If you are going to be employing anyone, even just casual labour, you have to have this.
  8. What work are you going to be doing? Get the minimum you can would be my advice. You only need to be looking at 5-10 million public liability when you start working for bigger companies or councils who will require it.   12. fingers crossed. Its always been the hardest part of this profession to find someone who ticks all those boxes. Years ago the main focus would have been finding a good climber. More and more though it seems people will happily take a less experienced climber who can fit the basic necessity of being reliable
