Got this back from the FC today, in response to some samples they requested and I provided about ten days back:

We have now completed our test on the Atlas cedar and it tested positive for Sirococcus tsugae.

There are no effective control measures for the disease. While good hygiene may reduce the spread of the disease, conidia of the fungus are dispersed by rain splash and strong winds are likely to disperse them over longer distances. This is a disease that was only detected here in Britain two years ago and we are still monitoring how it progresses. The fungus can cause up to 70% defoliation and if the cankers affect the main stem (and it is girdled), the tree might die. We had only a few reports of young trees dying.

It seems to widely distributed locally for such a short time since it was detected in the UK.
