Things were ticking along rather nicely there. In all seriousness “ how old are you” I get more maturity out of my two youngest than you, there’s an excuse for them being 15.

ticking along nicely? you mean people werent questioning your idiotic racist ranting?

why cant you just give up and shut up?

fine, if youre claiming to be the voice of maturity then just dont reply. stop your racist rantings and accept that people of all skin-colour and nationality and religion have the right to be treated equally, apart from the french. snotty pricks.

From a UCL study:

"Immigrants from outside the EU countries made a net fiscal contribution of about £5.2 billion, thus paying into the system about 3% more than they took out. In contrast, over the same period, natives made an overall negative fiscal contribution of £616.5 billion"

The notion that immigrants are a financial drain on society is demonstrably untrue.

https://www.ucl.ac.uk/economics/about-department/fiscal-effects-immigration-uk#:~:text=Immigrants from outside the EU,contribution of £616.5 billion.

You're mixing (or confusing) legal migrants that work vs illegal and or refugee status that don't (aren't allowed to).

The study references people from outside the EU.

The irony for the UK being that prior to Brexit, most immigrants were from within the EU and therefor culturally pretty close. Post-Brexit, the loss of freedom of movement has meant that in order to fill vacancies, it has been necessary to recruit from further afield.

But I take you point, and do obviously accept that integrating other Europeans is easier.

Play on words - "other Europeans". Nice try.

Totally agree. Too much, too fast is a really bad idea. That was the case in Germany and Sweden in 2015. They ambitiously and selflessly wanted to help, but it wasn't completely successful. We live in the council area in Sweden that took (per capita) the highest number of refugees in 2015.

But there are few issues here now, truly. You're just as likely (per capita) to see criminal behaviour from natively Swedish people as any immigrant group.

I would estimate that 15-20% of the population of our village is first generation immigrants and it's really helping envigorate the area.

In what regard?

envigorate? Just looking at qwerty keyboard to give the benefit of the doubt... Oh well.

Imo skin colour/ race has nothing to do with "it". Culture does. Multiculturalism doesn't work, simples.

Plenty of hardworking, contributing, decent people in my circle of friends from (and heritage) Poland, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Botswana, Iran, Georgia, Romania, Japan, India, Malaysia, Saudi...Barely any from the EU oddly. The Zimbabweans absolutely outperform everyone else in terms of manners, attitude, commitment, output, work ethic, kindness, etc etc. They are on another level. Love em to bits.

I agree with that last sentiment at least.

<<Generalisation alert!>>

In my experience Africans, (indigenous at least), are the most polite, helpful, kind, generous, sociable of all people. Indians similarly, plus hardworking. In terms of hardworking, no nationality/race outperforms the Chinese, but they work too hard.

This argument always makes me laugh. Under international laws and UK laws, as a country we have to assess and process asylum seekers, there is no such thing as an illegal asylum seeker. The way they enter the country might be illegal but that does not make their status illegal. Just to re-iterate the Tory success of the last 14 years is a very profitable small boat sales business in Calais.

1 million legal migrants, 0.07 million asylum seekers in the last year. Where is the migration problem? The government sanctioned or those fleeing their home countries to avoid being killed or persecuted,.

I don't suppose I have to remind you that to claim asylum you need more than "I just fancied living in the UK" as a reason and that actual "I was going to be killed for my beliefs" might be beneficial.

And we keep the asylum seekers in poverty, pocket money only, no right to work, hotel living, crammed together, nothing to do all day, and then wonder why they are getting a bit stressy. Why not substitute them into the legal migration quota, let them do jobs and work, earn a living, reduce the burden on the tax payer and give them back some hope? But of humanity. Reduce the legal migrant numbers. If they fail their asylum claims, off they go, home quick sharp, if they are accepted then all is good...and they can save up to go home when conditions in their own countries improve. Just a thought.

maybe thats the issue. all our "defend our country" rioters are just aware theyre being made to look bad by immigrants actually getting off their arse and working while our home-grown layabouts stuff fistfuls of junkfood in their fat gobs watching the telly they bought with their child support allowance for having 15 kids.

Why don’t you follow your own advice then , the ist or ic accusation is the easiest or weakest of attack when there’s nothing else left, you came bounding in to a fairly easy going series of posts after a 48hr absence mouthing off about cocks like a pre pubescent teenager, mind you that’s not as bad as the other day when you fired off 6 unanswered post at myself 🤷‍♂️. Anyway I’d say In the current climate you might want to be a bit more careful with your words as making comments in regards your intentions to someone’s wife could easily be classified as offensive or distressing 🤷‍♂️

Just saying like.

And there lies the inconvenient truth. Normally overlooked.

I'll stand to be corrected on this, if anyone fancies digging some numbers out, but I'd hazard a guess that the old vast majority ve of Those Muslims in the UK, doing all the crime, peterfiling and benefit grabbing are actually second or third generation. Their parents and grandparents having entered the country legally, and probably even been invited by the Great British Government. Just my hunch though, I'd be interested to see some figures if anyone can be bothered.
