Loads of petrol and diesel in Halifax and huddersfield.
Only 2 cars at station when I pulled in.
Have you ever tried telling a Yorkshire person that they need to buy something….

Got stuck in traffic on my way to site yesterday because of people queuing at petrol stations, managed to head home missing them with a bit of route planning. Drove to Dorset for a weekend in the camper and every fuel station had cars queuing back onto the road, one was out of fuel entirely. People are bonkers.

My town is a dry town now 🤣 I've locked the diesel tanks and hidden the petrol cans!

Lavant filling station was total mayhem yesterday with tail backs to the rugby club .  Today its like tumbleweed ....

Yup, I've sent my missus off to her weekend with friends in my little diesel van with a full tank and taken her little petrol car with half a tank to the yard. Didn't want her running out, she'd not be likely to be able to get more.

 

She was so grateful. What she doesn't know is that I'm going to be draining her car for the saws 🤣

Like I say bud a period of rationing might be better for the NHS than an overpriced vaccination drive.
