Any settlement with more than about 60 people in it is a shithole as far as I'm concerned. And even then I'd want to keep my distance to barely within earshot.

A concrete wasteland with ten million of the fuckers crammed into it is a human sewer whatever colour the rats are, and it wants fumigating.
