Like this case?

Perhaps, given the sentence she has there is no point in rehabilitation, not that they bother with rehabilitation in general in UK jails - they make far more money when prisoners re-offend.
Unless she's proven to be mentally ill then capital punishment would probably suit this case, is my opinion, thankfully I'm not qualified to make decisions like these.

So you do in fact support capital punishment?

If you messed with my family I'd likely kill you, so I suppose I do.

It's imperative that the conviction is sound though.

It's c.£63K a year to keep a Cat A prisoner alive, that money would be better spent elsewhere in some cases.

But that’s simply being someone who supports capital punishment though. 🤷‍♂️

Yes, but there are bent coppers and people with agendas out there, what appears to be a 'safe' conviction isn't always the case, which is why it's important to ensure the validity of the charge:

NEWS.SKY.COM

Fresh DNA evidence has emerged linking another suspect to the crime.

It remains one of the gravest miscarriages of justice in British history. Hugh Callaghan, one those wrongly convicted, talks about how he has been scarred by the ordeal

Etc, etc...

I agree. Clear cut case, cleanly cut their head off.
