My wife is a social worker and she has 30 cases when she should only have 12. She works in child services as well. Its easy to blame social workers but they are short staffed and underfunded.

Did some handsome adventurous commercial diver steal your girlfriend or something at some point SP/TA.  You  seem to have a major issue understanding the difference between Scuba/Commercial diving, you put a lot of effort into getting a bite out of it, futile lad totally futile. 
 

PS if you want to cuddle a junky or alky get yourself into the city centre eh, there’s loads up your way.
