After many inspirational words from friends and family and the thought that failure is not an option I have given my notice to my employer .

It's time for me to run my own business again but this time I am determined to succeed . I have given a years notice as I have the upmost respect for my boss it was just time for me to start again .

I don't start until March next year but I have set a few bits up ready including website buisness cards and some clothing from arborwear who have been fantastic . Here are a few pics of my logo and clothing .ImageUploadedByArbtalk1467476120.116665.jpg.ee4fa7521f1cd8a76e09cabb33899463.jpg

Means the same thing, but that's not the point.

It just seems odd to say to your employer "I'm handing in my notice for March 2017"

What are you going to do with your clothing till then? Website, cards etc.

I think you're putting the cart before the horse a bit, that's all.

Think I'd rather a lad did it the way you are than do it all on the quiet and turn up at the busiest time of year nd say he's off in 2-4 weeks, good luck finding a replacement.

Looks very professional image your after putting across.

Hope it works for you this time.

Andrew the new work shirts look great!. Do you have a business plan, 6 to 12 months cash in reserve to only use for non business expenses?. If yes to both review your old business venture and compare with the new one. If the business plan has not changed the results may be the same. Having reserve funding to handle all of your non business expenses will also be critical going forward.

All the best.
