1 years notice, fair play Andrew. I struggle to get them to serve out their months notice fully.

One thing I did just get pointed out....

How many people are going to say you've got a cannabis leaf as your logo. I know it's not. But the public can see something different.

Ps how's the house hunt been going?

That was my thought, also a years notice! That's probably a Guinness book of records nomination, very good of you to be straight up front with current employer.

My boss has taught me so much about buisness and has been a loyal and good friend for many years . I'm training someone else to do my job as we speak and

It's all being done the best way possible . Treat others like you would yourself .

Hi Ian

I'm really not worried people don't smoke orange cannabis lol.

House hunt is on hold until December due to one of my boys being diagnosed with dyslexia .

We are waiting to get one to one for him if we move now he won't get it .

Very exited about the APF and looking into chainsaws and stuff .

I won't be spending much just getting some ideas for next year .

Why don't you just set up another team with your current employer - then really grow the business? Surely you will be in competition otherwise, unless you are moving away which i assume you aren't as you are planning to sub to him. Then you will have his [hopefully good] reputation to build from rather than basically from scratch.

I'm moving to Norfolk but travelling between there and Essex to work .

I'm only going to be doing smaller stuff myself and subcontracting for a few different guys that I already have been helping for the last 10 years . I won't be in competition as he is mainly commercial and will be domestic .

I'm after steady growth and keeping the buisness small .

I haven't got the full quote yet wes but it was expensive .

I'm happy to pay the price for quality . The items are the same as on abourwear website I think £45 for the single thick crew and £19 for the tec polo .

£30 for the logo
