arborcoms...very dissapointed

Bought arborcoms less than 1 month ago. they are not working anymore. tried best to repair them.

 

Only used lightly 3 times and now one of the lights doies not work...for 700 qiud...i am very dissapointed.

 

Anyone else had problems with them?

tell me about it. had my eye on them for a while and been saving up to get them for a while.

 

I bought them on the 09/09/2009. they have a 28 day return policy. yesterday was the 28th day. see what happens.

 

They seem to switch on but i can't connect them and one of the lights ain't working.

Unfortunately even with the best will in the world ALL products have problems from time to time.

I dont know much about them mate, As i dont own any BUT id be making sure i got my cash back if i were you, Hope it works out mate

will speak to company tomorrow from where i bought them. if they don't help i'll go direct to arborcom.

 

just extra hassle and time i don't have.

As with anything , its best policy to contact the company or person who sold you the item to see if it can be repaired or replaced..it may only be something very simple to fix.

Mine have been spot on, I've had them a couple of months now.

Oh apart from my groundy pretending he's Rosco from the Dukes of hazzard and renditions of Rubber Duck from Convy and "Houston we have a problem" is another popular one at the moment .
