Should have said, they are fresh felled and 3m in length. I hope you are miles out Woodworks - we reckoned some of the larger pieces were nearly half a ton so I would have thought 4 to 5 ton on there.

 

Yes probably wrong just going for one extreme. Our Mowi trailer is rated as a 6 tonne trailer but with 2.3m lengths hard pushed to get more than 3 tonne on it hence me going for around half your trailer rating. With 3m lengths maybe nearer 2 tonne

What's the rough diameter of the largest bits? (Could be twigs on a tonka toy😏)

 

Bigger ones are 12 to 16 inches in diameter, all softwood pine.

 

I know what you're saying Woodworks - my ten ton Vreten loaded to the gunnels with hardwood in 2 bays of 3m lengths only has 7 ton of timber on it.

 

We are guessing 4 to 5 ton as we had timber stacked roadside in two and a bit piles which we estimated would be 25 ton. When the wagon came and loaded up 25 ton, there was still a complete stack he hadn't touched!
