I came across some poor quality tree work on a large beech in Colchester, I was assuming there must of been tpo and had to of dealt with the council. I'm struggling to find out who to get in contact with or even if I should?21mrdpl.jpg

I have seen worse done to tpo trees, 1 particular council told me unless the contractor was caught red handed they wouldn't pursue the case as they don't have sufficient funds :sneaky2:

Me too round selby area, and like you say most councils don't or won't spend good money chasing poor work unless caught in the act.
