if you can send me a link to where I can get that outfit. it might just give me the push I need to buy a road bike

Don't ride through Sudbury dressed like that....... Mrs egg would wet her knickers.

I used to cycle a fair bit when I raced motocross, could usually average around 20mph locally but this fell tepidly for any distance over 20 miles. Can be very addictive trying to beat your times, more so now with strata etc

Haven't been out on my road bike since the rim blew out. Just been smashing it off road on my mtb- did have a bit of a spill last Tuesday night. Think I might get some knee and shin pads

Road biking is great. Mine is currently a hybrid that is sitting in a bike shed with no wheels. Meaning to use it this summer, or buy a road bike, to do tree inspections.

Fabulous outfit there, OP.

I can honestly say, I don't think I have ever seen some one cycling on the road who looked like they were enjoying it. Puts me right aff.

Sweating your backside off into a headwind up a hill is never nice, but it's the endorphin rush and the thrill of shooting downhill that is awesome. Plus, conquering a hill at a new PB time feels brilliant.
