That doesn't look too healthy

Make sure you replace the release fork with one of the strengthened ones whilst it's apart.

Whole new H/D Clutch kit been ordered and I am picking it up tomorrow.

That clutch must of been in a while the later ones have more springs on the plate I changed one today as it happens first 300 one I've done for a while it's usually tdci ones now a days

No that 1 had 22/5/02 date on it and the new 1 had the same amount of springs in it.

My first thoughts too.....I've seen a Britpart clutch explode just like that on a 130

Garage fairly local to me use Britpart gear,needless to say i take mine elsewhere now..
