Don't forget it will need to be inspected regularly by an IPAF approved inspector, you'll need to provide training to those who hire it (unless you're hiring it with an operator), legally those hiring it will need to have the correct IPAF qualification as well. Lot of extra admin - will you get the work to justify it?

IPAF is an approved training body which is recognised Europe wide, the machine will need to have a record of daily checks and a through inspection by a qualified plant fitter/inspector every 6months this has no affiliation to IPAF just an approved lolor inspector.

 

There are plenty of training body's that will train you on mewps/self proppelled booms, IPAF is the best in my opion I have had 3lots of trading now my last being IPAF.

we added a mewp to our fleet , it does go out to other but only select ones, really no ones size or type fits all scenarios but are defo a good option, now looking to add another although different from our 4x4 14m

 

Ipaf isn't the check it is LOLER through inspection by competent person every 6 months expect £45 -£70 a pop

Who you getting to do it for that price as that is incredibly cheep for a mewp lola test compared to what I'm paying for mine.
