edit; i have just looked at Kev Brown's video of his modified chute V a standard chute and it's deffo the way to go on a TW.

However a CS100 is a much more capable machine.

This is a machine that a landscaper I do bits for owns.

Single roller but very capable, decent crushing power, maybe 4.5 in capacity.

20hp petrol engine.

I've used a lot of chippers, and usually turn my nose up a bit at the smaller (25hp and under) ones. This one impressed me though.

He gets a lot of work done with it, seems bombproof as well.

I bought an ex demo cs100 from Cambrian, they always seem to have a ex demo cs100 for sale or if you leave your number they will have one within 3 months. Mine seemed almost brand new so can't have been demoed that much. Worth giving them a try as I paid 4400 for a electric start 18hp cs100, which may as well have been brand new.

You could get a decent used TW150 for that money, what would you rather own?

I picked my little chipper up on Wednesday night. Turns out I got it from Jose on here - it's a small world!

I haven't used it yet but it's in mint condition. I can't wait to get the saw out and create something to feed it! I did have a job booked for it tomorrow but the lad has put it back a week. Hey ho!
