im really new to milling and had been wondering what to do with the first cut which is nothing more than bark with a thin layer of wood i dont like to waste anything so here is what a come up with. i also done some of the smaller bits as house numbers etc.

im not the greatest carver but i was going for a really rustic look with the carving marks left in.
