I had in my mind for a while to somehow modify my stump grinder so I can attach a chipper to it.. The link I'm adding is for a small Pto driven chipper.

How if I took the stump grinding wheel away and modify so I can fit this chipper towards it, put heavy duty wheels on the chipper so the arm on the stump grinder don't have to take the full weight of 395kg.

 

Any thoughts on this? could it work ?

Even modify the wheel so I can put it on without taking the stump grinding wheel off everytime.

sounds like a lot of grief for poor results that looks like a chinese chipper your as well buying a second hand decent make than a new ping pong 2 cocks made in china effort also look at the actual weight it doesn't sound like the weight matches what its capacity is

I have looked at these chippers and was horrified at the level of not so engineering!!!!
