Got the workshop model as you can change the battery, been an excellent tool over the years:thumbup:

Great instrument.

How do they attach to the engine, is it simply a matter of clipping to the H/T lead?

 

You just hold them close to the ht cap. (Point the arrow on the tach to the lead/plug) and it picks up the pulse and gives the reading.
