Good call Jon to lighten the weekend, well done mate. Roast chicken, swede (or turnip as my Jock wife insists on calling it) cabbage, roast potatoes done in duck fat and onion gravy. Chicken sandwiches for tea. Couple of pints of Brittany cider whilst I watch the Jungle tonight.

Out for lunch today, chicken liver pate followed by roast pork loin and trimmings then apple and sultana crumble with custard, pretty damn good.
