i have a 2007 navara king cab, 63,000 miles owned it since 15,000 miles 4/5 years ago and have had no problems at all! its actually the most reliable motor i have owned and driven. the 4wd sensors are a common fault but nothing major to replace, they can be bought of ebay and the cost of new transmition fluid will sort that.

I,m on my second one, the 57 plate done 110,000 trouble free miles and the 61 plate ive got now has just gone to 99,000 only minor problem ive had is both of them have snapped a rear leaf spring, but cheap and easy to fix, i think theyre a loveley truck and wouldnt hesitate to buy another and as for fuel consumption mine averages 135 miles per £20

I'm onto my 3rd one and I love them! Had them from new and I've found them to be very reliable.

First one did 180,000 miles and apart from servicing, had 1 clutch and a prop shaft uj.

2nd was a king cab and sold it with 120,000. Only problem was a leaking rear axle seal which leaked into the rear drum.

Got a 14 plate now and it's done 17,000 so far with no problems.

 

One thing to check is if there's a click/clunk from the rear end when pulling away after taking the handbrake off. My king cab did this when the seal was gone which caused the rear shoes to temporarily stick on after releasing the handbrake. The fix is either a new half shaft, or there's a company which repair the worn shafts with a sleeve.
